Armenian Financiers Association
On February 28, 2026, a seminar-discussion on "Professional Corporate Legal Services" was held at the Armenian Financiers Association. The invited speaker was Avetik Harutyunyan, founder-director and attorney of Ave Yus law firm, licensed mediator, lecturer at the French University in Armenia, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor.
During the seminar, the speaker addressed the importance of improving legal literacy in companies, corporate governance and drafting of internal legal acts, specifics of contract law, intellectual property protection, the importance of conducting legal audits (Due Diligence) in companies, dispute resolution through mediation, and other topics.
The discussion was held in a highly interactive atmosphere, and at the end, the speaker answered questions from the attendees.
