Armenian Financiers Association
On July 26, 2025, the Association of Financiers of Armenia hosted its regular seminar-discussion on the topic "Peculiarities of Corporate Governance." The guest speaker was Anushik Dolinyan, Head of the CRM Department and Secretary of the Board at "Araratbank," lecturer at the Continuing Education Department of the American University of Armenia, MBA candidate, qualified specialist of the Corporate Governance Center, and member of the "Armenian Women on Board" network.
The seminar was highly informative, during which participants were presented with management issues commonly encountered in many Armenian organizations and the opportunities for risk mitigation.
An interactive situational game-discussion was also conducted with the participants, during which groups divided into different levels of corporate management discussed the cause-and-effect relationships of the emerging issues and potential solutions for them.
