REGULAR GENERAL MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION OF FINANCIERS OF ARMENIA

On January 31, 2026, the General Meeting of the Association of Financiers of Armenia took place. Three items were placed on the agenda for discussion:

1. Election of the President of the Association,
2. Election of the Council members,
3. Approval of the annual financial statements.
4. Out of 36 members of the Association, 30 members participated in the General Meeting, of which 25 attended on-site and 5 joined online.

✅ Only the candidacy of Soghomon Mirzoyan was proposed for the position of the President of the Association, and by a unanimous vote of the Meeting participants, Soghomon Mirzoyan was elected President of the Association for a 4-year term.

✅ The composition of the Association's Council was approved by a unanimous vote in favor:

1. Soghomon Mirzoyan,
2. Tigran Marabyan,
3. Gevorg Muradyan,
4. Hasmik Harutyunyan,
5. Tigran Baveyan,
6. Davit Bareghamyan,
7. Tigran Manukyan.

✅ The financial statements of the Association for the years 2021-2025 were approved by a unanimous vote in favor.

The upcoming programs and long-term strategies of the Association were also discussed.
