Armenian Financiers Association
On September 26, 2026, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Association of Financiers of Armenia took place with one item on the agenda: the amendment of certain provisions of the Charter. The meeting was conducted simultaneously both on-site and remotely.
Soghomon Mirzoyan, President of the Association, presented the necessity of amending specific points of the Charter to the participating members. These modifications will also enable the development of a number of internal legal documents required to increase the efficiency of the Association's activities.
The amendments to the Association's charter were approved by the unanimous vote of all participating members of the Association.
