The Gyumri Branch of the Association is authorized to:
- Represent the interests of the Association in the Shirak Marz (Region) of the Republic of Armenia.
- Ensure the implementation of the Association's projects and programs within the Shirak Marz.
- Organize events in the Shirak Marz that align with the goals and scope of the Association's activities.
- Coordinate member recruitment and engagement efforts within the Shirak Marz.
- Establish and manage the Association's collaborations with public, private, and educational institutions in the Shirak Marz.
- Execute other actions within the scope of the Association's statutory goals arising from the Branch's activities.
