Protection of the rights of Association members

One of the Association's goals is to support the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Association members.

The individual and corporate members of the Association may encounter unlawful orჯ ungrounded decisions during their operations that could lead to financial or other damages. In such situations, the Association, as a specialized entity, is prepared to leverage the full potential of its network to provide professional consultation, initiate direct dialogue with the counterparty, and employ other legally prescribed methods to advocate for and protect the interests and rights of its members.
